Coordination
This service is perfect for a couple who is looking for support six weeks before their wedding! With all your vendors booked and the planning complete, we'll pull together your timeline, firm up any last details and make sure each aspect comes along beautifully. Our Month-of Coordination service includes communication with all vendors to confirm event logistics, creation of a detailed day-of wedding schedule, a site visit to the venue, direction of the wedding rehearsal, as well as on-site execution of ceremony and reception.
My husband and I could not be more grateful to have had Grace as our "month of coordinator" for our wedding. She was so on top of everything, made sure everyone was going to be where they needed to be when they needed to be. Our Full Planning service offers our couples a wedding planning experience that is fully comprehensive in both planning and design. This service is perfect for couples who are looking for a professional to organize the entire planning process from day one. We will recommend a dream team of vendors, attend meetings with the couple or on the couples' behalf, create a custom wedding design that works seamlessly within all areas of the chosen venue, and execute the entire wedding day so that everyone can relax. Our exclusive Full Planning experience is a tailored service that will leave you feeling like royalty. It’s with this high-touch execution that we only take on a limited number of events per season.
